  1. Long-time bodybuilder Lillian Bosa and Cross-Fit enthusiast Sarah Farison team up to launch Able Fit, a gym that empowers people with disabilities. Working as speech pathologists at a North Phoenix public school, the two bonded over their love of fitness and desire to create a better fitness experience for students with cognitive disabilities.   2. A woman is in critical condition in hospital after being burned to death in a motorhome fire late Monday in Phoenix. The Phoenix Fire Department responded to the RV fire at 43rd Avenue and Osborn just after 11 p.m. The cause of the fire is unknown and the woman, who has yet to be identified, was taken to a local trauma and burn center before being taken to hospital for treatment.   3. Arizona Gives Day, the 24-hour online fundraising event, is accepting registrations through February 28, with early bird registration closing January 31. Since 2013, $30 million has been raised for nonprofits across AZ, with the 2021 one-year record reaching $7.1 million.
