The Centennial League bowling meet took place on Wednesday at West Ridge Lanes with the match comprised of three games and four Baker games to determine the league title winner.
Topeka-area teams swept the league meet with Washburn Rural earning the league title for the boys while Seaman claimed the girls title.
It was a close battle at the top between Washburn Rural and Seaman for the boys and girls league titles with the Washburn Rural boys edging out Seaman by just four pins and the Seaman girls beating out the Washburn Rural girls by 70 pins.
6A Regionals will take place on Feb. 25 with Topeka High and Washburn Rural at West Ridge Lanes at 8:25 am (boys) and 12:45 pm (girls).
5-1A Regionals will take place on Feb. 22 with Shawnee Heights, Topeka West, Hayden, Highland Park and Seaman at Emporia-Flint Hills Lanes at 9:40 am (boys) and 1:30 pm (girls).

Washburn Rural (3,503) staved off a late Seaman (3.499) run to win the Centennial League title followed by Junction City (3.417), Emporia (3.249), Topeka West (3,074), Hayden (2.993), Topeka High (2,895), Manhattan (2,854) and Highland Park (1.945).
Washburn Rural, Seaman, Topeka West and Hayden all had bowlers place in the top 10 for individual three-game series.
Ethan Burns won the individual title with a 728 while Zander White (9th, 625) placed in the top 10 with Jack Easum (12th, 618) also representing Seaman with a top individual score.
Washburn Rural’s Josh Hammons gave Burns a run for his money, with the second-best three-game series with a 726, while Walker Thompson (3rd, 683) and Logan Glinka (10th, 623) placed in the top 10 with Geo Peoples ( 13th, 599) also posting one of the best individual scores.
Topeka West was led by Cole Rodriguez (11th, 623), Cayden Thompson (14th, 597) and Wyatt Eastman (15th, 586) who were all just outside the top 10 of individual scores with Camden Schrickel (16th, 582) of Hayden also posting one of the best individual scores at the meet.
Seaman (3,096) came away with a 40-pin win over Washburn Rural (3,026) followed by Junction City (2,809), Topeka West (2.612), Emporia (2.436), Topeka High (2,321), Hayden (2,234), Manhattan (2,227) and Highland Park (2,072)
Washburn Rural, Seaman and Topeka West all had bowlers in the top 10 for individual three-game series with Kaitlyn Doyal winning the individual title for Washburn Rural with a 668.
Amaya Buchanan (7th, 588) and Claire Ireland (8th, 564) also scored in the top 10 for Washburn Rural.
Seaman’s Makenzie Millard was second overall with 636 pins and was joined by Katie Price (5th, 576), Kayla Mize (9th, 550) and Kaitlyn Evans (10th, 523) in the top 10.
Meagan Wood had the fifth best overall individual score with a 590 in three games for Topeka West.
