Sebastian Sec, a member of the BNP Mac 1 team, has been training with JMTP since the age of 10. He is the No. 1 recruit in New York and the No. 12 recruit in the nation for his graduating class. In the last year alone, Sec notched a win over the World No. 667 ranked ATP player, won the gold ball in doubles at USTA National Clay Courts, and was crowned doubles champion at the J1 ITF in Guadalajara. Sec has decided to play with the Princeton University Tigers this upcoming fall.

“Tennis is an individual sport, and for better or worse, it comes down to you,” said Sec. “I think the independence factor is something that makes it both more enjoyable but also tougher. I’m so grateful to BNP Paribas, all of my coaches and trainers at JMTA, the support of JMTP, and my family for their support throughout my journey and I look forward to making you proud at Princeton.”

Natalie Eordekian has been training with JMTP since the age of 12. Natalie is a five-star recruit and has climbed to as high as No. 20 in the nation. She won the Mayor’s Cup All-Scholastic Tennis Championship in 2019 and finished third at the Empire Cup 16s. Natalie has made her decision to play with the Boston College Eagles this upcoming fall.

To date JMTP has helped 27 young athletes earn D1 college scholarships to top universities. JMTP holds its scholarship recipients to a high standard of academic, behavioral, and athletic excellence

† “It has been an honor to watch Sebe and Natalie grow both on and off the court the last few years,” said JMTP President Patrick McEnroe. “We are proud to call Sebe and Natalie alum of both the John McEnroe Tennis Academy and the Johnny Mac Tennis Project and we look forward to cheering them on throughout their college career which I am certain will be outstanding.”
